Initially, I studied Business with a focus on marketing and finance. I then worked for multiple multinational corporations, in various markets, where I met some of my first business mentors and learned all about the procedures and strategies that come with being a small part of a big machine.
Whilst I am Equatorian, I moved to Barcelona in 2015 to try my hand at a professional life in a different country, and a different market entirely, where I could learn what I’m passionate about and be closer to achieving my dreams.
I love being part of an agile working environment that is focused on individuals and respectful of their cultures.
It’s a space that actively motivates and advocates for creativity and innovation, where each of us are encouraged to be spontaneous and make a difference.
What’s not to love? You can meet people from all over the world with different interests, lifestyles, ideologies and cultures, and if you get on well with them you don’t even need to drive to visit them. Everything is within walking or biking distance and that gives you the perfect opportunity to admire the architecture and urban development of the city.
Barcelona also has lots to offer in terms of good food from around the world and you can wash it all down with good, yet cheap, wine or cava! I also love the hot summers spent on the beach and long afternoons spent practicing all kinds of sports.
If I ever get bored of all of that, BCN airport is the perfect central point to travel around the world but when you live in Barcelona every day feels like a holiday.
I’m an adventurous spirit, who is curious by nature, and, as such, I love to travel and be inspired by new cultures. I also love playing sport (soccer and yoga are my favourites) and living a healthy lifestyle.
I like to try new things and I’m currently in the early stages of living a minimalist lifestyle.
